The AI Five Elements Personality Blueprint ("the Service") generates a personality portrait from the birth data you provide, using a classical Chinese astrological framework (Ba Zi / Four Pillars) interpreted by an AI language model. The Service is provided strictly for entertainment, self-reflection and personal insight.
It is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, or legal service, and must not be relied upon as such. The output does not constitute a diagnosis and is not a substitute for professional advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide your own birth data to use the Service. By submitting birth data you confirm you meet this requirement and that the data is yours.
We offer:
All payments are handled entirely by PayPal. We never receive or store your card details. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK VAT where required.
The Full Report and Daily Insights are digital content produced on demand. By completing purchase you expressly request that performance begins immediately. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day cancellation right is lost once delivery of the digital content has begun.
Because each report is generated uniquely for your birth data the moment payment is confirmed, completed reports are non-refundable. Where a genuine technical failure prevents delivery, or where required by law, we will refund at our discretion. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period via your PayPal account.
Birth data is encrypted at rest and used only to compute and render your report. We retain it for the period described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion at any time via the GDPR deletion endpoint or by contacting us.
You agree not to:
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
